Fees
Individual counseling for children ages 5-18 is $125.00. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Group counseling for children ages 5-18 is $550 per 6-week group sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes. Groups will not exceed six children.
Skills support is generally most effective with children ages 8 and up. Individual sessions are $125.00. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Parent consultations are billed at the same rate as individual counseling. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Consultation is billed at $125.00 per hour. Phone consultation is billed at the same rate as consultation provided face-to-face.
Payment
I accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).
Insurance
I do not accept insurance. Generally, insurance companies limit the number of sessions an individual can receive or do not cover the services I provide. I have tried to make my rates affordable for these reasons. I am happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement .Please contact me to discuss your financial needs as I do accept a limited number of clients on a sliding scale.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please notify my within 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment. Scheduled appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policies
State and Federal laws protect the information provided by and to a client during therapy sessions. This information cannot be released without the client's consent. There are limits to this confidentiality set forth by the law. These include:
Cases of suspected child abuse or abuse of the elderly.
If there is cause to suspect that a client intends to harm themselves or someone else. I must report this information to the authorities and the intended victim.
